A program of URISA, GISCorps coordinates short term, volunteer GIS services to underprivileged communities worldwide. Services support humanitarian relief, community development, local capacity building, health and education. Since its inception in October 2003, GISCorps has deployed more than 1,000 volunteers to nearly 250 missions in 65 countries around the globe.
