Bradley is a Coastal Scientist with Michael Baker’s Coastal Science and Engineering Practice and a Coastal Communications Specialist with FEMA’s Community Engagement and Risk Communication (CERC) Program. His diverse background in environmental management, natural hazards, flood risk, training, natural infrastructure/green infrastructure, and geospatial analysis allow him to provide interdisciplinary planning and resilience guidance to communities and decision-makers across the country. Prior to joining Michael Baker, he spent two years with NOAA’s Office for Coastal Management (OCM) in the Policy, Planning, and Communications Division and the Geospatial Sciences Program. Currently, Bradley also serves as a natural infrastructure and future conditions subject matter expert on all national and regional communications planning and initiatives for FEMA’s CERC Program.
